I bought the vintage barn metal flush mount and the vintage metal tubular wall mount lights.
They were incredibly easy to install and completely change the atmosphere and look of the rooms. I am very happy with these lights and this will make it three lights I have purchased from Unitary.
I chose them because of the style and how open they were so they are almost invisible and don’t look bulky.

We looked at so many lights. So very many lights. I think we're like most couples that even though we have similar taste, finding the exact right thing can be exhaustive. Just after I found this it went out of stock and we went back to the drawing board. But this had become the standard and so when it was available again I jumped. We LOVE it. I like the semi-flush mount so that it drops from the ceiling just a little bit, and I love the finish. It's quite dark, almost espresso, but that's ok because it matches our currently '70s dark wood cabinets. You can't really see it in the photos but there's a swirl pattern on the bottom on which I'm plus minus but the rest of the lines are perfectly uniform.
