I never used the lights, they did not fit the space I wanted to use them in. I have been trying to get a legitimate return address for this company for 2 months. I received one address from someone that wanted me to ship them to an address that was for a flee market. The order was weeks late getting to me in the first place. I have tried several times to call, no one answers the phone. I have tried using the online ask a question email, with no replies except one that told me to ship it back to some B.S. address. I guess I have been taken and will have eat the cost of these lights. I would not do business with this company again unless they call me or return my emails with a return address and a refund.

Lights are beautiful. Wife loves them. We bought 1 set for the bedroom and 1 set for a stairwell landing. A little more difficult/tricky to install than other lights. Really need 2 people for these, 1 to hold/steady the light and the other to do the wiring and screws. Delivery was fast and no problem.
Nothing wrong with the lighting. It arrived within a few weeks from China to Canada in perfect condition. However, customer service is horrific. There were no responses to the pre-purchase and post-purchase emails I sent them. I suspect their California store is just a distribution centre for the manufacturer in China. There is no phone number ANYWHERE. I even tried Google maps to look at the facility and the California phone book. Nothing. Luckily the lighting arrived because if it hadn’t there would be no way to have a complaint addressed.
Exactly what we were looking for. Couldn’t be more enthusiastic about how it looks.
One of the pendants of the chandelier was broken and the turn around time to get a new one was too long.
Order delayed and once someone finally responded after many, many emsils, credit issued. Have returned products I did receive (asked to cancel and was told yes) but order still arrived. Had to return at my cost and am not confident I will ever see the credit on the returns. Horrible service and will never order from you again.

Love the lights, bought 3 sets, unfortunately one of the globes (largest one) on one of the sets was damaged upon arrival.
